For MAXx FX toy line information, see previous item #2686. Offered here is the prototype for the never-released MAXx FX Mummy action figure. When all snap-on appliances are in place, figure stands 9.5" tall. Base figure has hand-painted head, w/only one eye painted as designed. Included are all hand-cast resin prototype appliances for feet, chest/torso, hands (missing one) and stunningly detailed two-piece head/mask. Base figure wears sand-colored bodysuit printed to simulate wrapped bandages. Mask has hole at one eye (like in the classic Universal Mummy movies of the 1940s) through which the base figure's painted eye is visible. All appliances have been painted to look like aged bandages.
