Item Description
16-7/8x20.75" framed. For The Beach Boys' second live album released Nov. 19, 1973, nine years after "Beach Boys Concert." The album gave the band their best chart peak since 1968's "Wild Honey" by reaching No. 25, and earning them their first gold record since 1966's "Best Of The Beach Boys." The album featured Carl Wilson, Dennis Wilson, Mike Love, Alan Jardine, Ricky Fataar and Blondie Chaplin. RIAA "floater" plate reads "Presented To John Scher To Commemorate The Sale Of More Than 500,000 Copies Of The Reprise Records Long-Playing Record Album 'The Beach Boys In Concert'." Additionally, display has small replica of the album cover at lower left. This and the record label have noticeably faded. Small trace of wear to frame. Fine/VF overall. From the collection of John Scher, legendary concert promoter, producer and manager and comes with COA signed by him.
