Item Description
Lot of 10 backstage passes, ranging in size from 2.5x3.5" to 3x4". Two are dated 1974, while rest date to 1974-1975. All were issued for concerts that took place at Roosevelt Stadium, a baseball park at Droyer's Point in Jersey City, NJ. that opened in 1937 and was demolished in 1985. All passes are different (both Allman Brothers Band passes feature different colors/days). Headliners and major acts include - Allman Brothers Band (2), Pink Floyd, Beach Boys, Eagles, Eric Clapton, Santana, Crosby Stills Nash & Young, Seals & Crofts, Alice Cooper, Johnny Winter and Yes. All satin-like passes are unused, w/original paper backings still attached. Passes have some lt. even again but are o/w NM. From the collection of John Scher, legendary concert promoter, producer and manager and comes with COA signed by him.
