Item Description
Original release 11x14" lobby card for the cult classic 1959 sci-fi thriller written and directed by Edward D. Wood, Jr. and released by Distributors Corporation of America (as Valiant Pictures). The film starred Gregory Walcott, Mona McKinnon, Tor Johnson and Maila "Vampira" Nurmi. The film bills Bela Lugosi posthumously as a star, although silent footage of the actor had been shot by Wood for other, unfinished projects just before Lugosi's death in 1956. This card features great image of Tor Johnson as a zombie attacking woman in car. Upper corner tip wear, but card could be matted for an Exc. appearance. Comes w/pair of glossy 8x10" stills from the original 1955 release of Wood's "Bride Of The Monster." Each still features Tor Johnson, one carrying woman from wrecked car, the other showing him standing over fallen man. Scattered margin wear including pinholes at corners of first still. Fine/VF overall.
