Item Description
Original cardboard box w/illustrated lid contains 7.5" tall tin litho robot w/built-in key comes. Made in Japan by Yoneya, early 1960s. Box bottom shows heavy and obvious wear and is Poor. Lid shows less wear w/corner creasing, one corner split w/1.5" tear at corner. VG. Robot is nicely detailed w/different simulated buttons and dials. Back of head has piston design while at center of its back is an atomic symbol w/"Space Man" name. Toy works and walks forward as arms raise and lower. Toy has minute scattered paint nicks, few factory paint touch-ups on sides of body. Remains totally bright and glossy. VF/Exc.
