14-3/8x16.25" frame contains original cel that has been professionally double-matted and framed to 9x11.5". Production cel used in 1960s "Chilly Willy" cartoon that ran as a back-up feature to Woody Woodpecker cartoons. Chilly Willy image measures 3x3-3/8". Highlighting the cel is the accompanying key master hand-painted bkg. featuring a part of a ship, Chilly Willy positioned so he appears to be walking along railing. Walter Lantz copyright stamp at lower right. NM. Wonderful display featuring one of Walter Lantz's most popular cartoon characters.
