Item Description
11.5x15.5" frame contains photo print of George Burns and his wife, Gracie Allen early in their comedy career w/separate 2.25x4.5" matted display containing album page that has been signed in black ink by both, w/added "Sincerely" inscription. Both photo and signatures have been professionally double-matted. Burns and Allen worked together for over four decades as a comedy team, transitioning from vaudeville to films to radio and television w/great success. Photo has some age accents as printed. Signature sheet has some scattered aging and is Fine/VF overall. From the collection of John Scher, legendary concert promoter, producer and manager and comes with COA signed by him as well as JSA LOA.
