Item Description
Pair of vintage framed glossy 8x10" promotional photos for Selmer Reed Instruments. 1930s. First photo shows the Casa Loma Sax Section and notes "Famous Casa Loma Sax Section Owns And Uses '17' Selmer Instruments." Each of the five pictured musicians have their names by their images. Heavy diagonal crease and some dust soiling but Fine as framed. Second photo shows noted bandleader Benny Goodman and his orchestra w/text noting "Benny Goodman's Sensation Swing Band - The Talk Of The Music World - Playing 12 Selmer Reed Instruments Including Benny And His Clarinet." Female vocalist stands beside Goodman at center. Reverse has scattered dust soiling but VF overall.
