Pair of 12x20" stiff cardboard signs. Both 1940s. First features great art portrait image of Hayworth (w/"Allen" artist signature) for "Maybelline Eye Beauty Aids." Sign has scattered edge wear w/flaking of surface paper, four pairs of staples holes at bottom center as sign likely had attached pad at one time and two .25" spots of surface paper residue from another attached item above staple holes, likely a pen/pencil. Fine. Second sign features great art portrait image of Del Rio for "Woodbury Face Powder." Sign has five die-cut slots at bottom as produced and likely held container of face powder. Moderate surface paper flaking along top margin w/some scattered moisture staining in this area. Two staples (and two pairs of staple holes) along bottom margin, which has streak of aging. VG.
