2.75x9.5” tall. Heavy woven fabric with gold luster graphics/text. Eagle appears at top. George Washington/Benjamin Harrison appear at center surrounded by flags, wreaths and state seal. Dated “April 29th 1889.” Complete row of brass tassels appear at bottom. .5” deep fabric strip is attached at top holding original 2.5” long stick pin. Flattened horizontal fold appears across portraits at foreheads. Otherwise ribbon remains sound with bright reflective gold luster text/graphics. VF. A one-day rarity. Julie Powell Collection.
