Raised rim with oval portraits of Washington, Ben Harrison, McKinley, Jackson, Monroe, Jefferson, Grant, Cleveland, Garfield, Lincoln. State seals appear between portraits including New York, California, Virginia, Illinois, Ohio, Missouri, Texas, Pennsylvania. Light wear to outer gold luster rim barely noticeable. Bright color overall. Back is marked " La Francaus Porcelain." Exc.
