Item Description
2-3/8” dia. at base. 5.5” tall. Opaque/milk glass figural container with threaded tin closure base. Added oval sticker on closure reads “George & Helen Storey/Collection Of Opaque Glass.” 2” tall painted figures of Roosevelt Bears with hats and rifles have some paint loss from mid-sections and legs, but are easily recognizable by eyes, nose and smiles as the characters in Seymour Eaton’s “Roosevelt Bears” book series that began in 1906. Gold luster over paint on top mouth piece and horn handle shows light wear. Container and closure are free of chips or cracks. Fine. Julie Powell Collection.
