2.5x5.5" stiff paper. Rooster in palm of a hand to symbolize Hancock's name. Hand holds card marked "The Next President" and "H" initial cufflink on wrist. Most examples have shirt cuff without text. This example reads "For The State Senate/E.H. Shearer,/Of Reading./Subject To Democratic Rules." Blank reverse covered about 85% by scrapbook paper residue, otherwise Exc. One seen of this variety.
