The two prime demands are: "Demand Bail For Angela!" and "Indict Rockefeller For The Attica Massacre Now!" List of speakers reads "Rep. Ronald V. Dellums (see #547), Ossie Davis, Rep. Charles Rangel, David Livingston, Pete Seeger, Sallye Davis, Dick Gregory, State Assemblyman Arthur O. Eve, More" The nationwide outpouring led to her release on bail 2/23/72. She spent 18 months in jail but her trial acquitted her of all charges. Rare, last of three examples from the Marshall Levin Collection. Second is the event one month later October 30, 1971 sponsored by "Center For Marxist Education" and featuring John Abt with text reading: "Attorney For Angela Davis-Attorney For Successful Struggle To Have McCarran Act Declared Un-Constitutional Before The Supreme Court Attorney For The Center For Marxist Education."
