Item Description
Lot of three 8.5x11" to 11x17" folders for theater use. Realart was a film distribution company that specialized in re-releases of earlier films. Each of these folders focused on a specific genre - comedy, war and westerns, w/each having multiple films listed within. 1950s. Comedy folder includes - Abbott & Costello films "It Ain't Hay, Who Done It?, Buck Privates, In The Navy, Pardon My Sarong" and "Here Come The Co-Eds" as well as WC Fields films "My Little Chickadee, The Bank Dick" and others. Folded as issued w/distributor stamp on front cover. Lightly aged along fold line. VF. War folder consists of three double-sided pages stapled together. Promoted re-releases of "Salerno Beachhead" and "The Fighting Sullivans." Scattered margin wear/aging on first page. Fine/VF. Western folder features various Western heroes, including Bob Baker, Johnny Mack Brown, Rod Cameron and also lists Jimmy Stewart Western "Destry Rides Again." Folded as issued w/moderate scattered aging along fold line. 1" tear at fold and 3-4" area of faint moisture staining at center of open folder. VG. See Realart Horror promotional folder pair, #2438.
