Front panel features Buffalo Bee w/banner reading "Free Inside! - Howdy Doody Action Ring" and back has full panel featuring eight gray plastic base rings, each w/full color flicker image picture that changes when tilted, showing each design. These include - Howdy Doody, Howdy w/Buffalo Bob Smith, Clarabell, Flub-A-Dub, Mr. Bluster, Princess Summerfall-Winterspring, Chief Thundercloud and Nabisco advertising character Buffalo Bee. Flat has some scattered aging/handling wear and is folded along center scored line. VF, unused file copy. Rare.
