Item Description
Pair of 8" tall hand puppets, both featuring similar design of Kentucky Fried Chicken founder Col. Harland Sanders. First has fully painted cast plaster head and white felt body and black felt tie, simulating Col. Sanders trademark suit. "Col. Sanders" name screen-printed across front. Exc. Other features hard plastic production head on slightly different prototype felt body, w/additional collar and hands added. No silk-screened name. Small spot of aging from glue at neck and head has a few color rubs to raised areas. VF. Both came from the Col. Sanders Estate and comes w/cardboard box w/stamped "Col. Sanders Handpuppet" text. Scattered wear w/large inked "X" on side. Fine/VF. From the Bill Kurtz Collection.
