All E. C Annuals contained four complete comic books that did not originally sell on the newsstands. The covers were removed from those books and the individual issues were rebound in the annual format with a new cover. This cover, featuring The Crypt-Keeper, The Old Witch and The Vault-Keeper, was created by Al Feldstein. The annuals were than sold through the EC offices and only on newsstands in key cities. The contents of each annual may vary within the same year. For this issue, #2, the annual comprised a combination of horror, crime and science fiction book dated from 1951. The issue contains art by Ingles, Kurtzman and Kaman. The pages are off-white. This unrestored book is CGC-certified 6.0 (FN).
