Lot of six tin litho wind-up insect toys, measuring between 3.5" and 8" wide, "Hungry Hal" caterpillar measuring 7.75" long. All are tin litho w/some plastic attachments. 1950s-1970s. All work. Included are four butterfly toys, one dragonfly and a caterpillar. "Flapping Butterfly, Somersaulting Butterfly" and "Hungry Hal" caterpillar each come w/original illustrated cardboard boxes. Makers include Marx, Yone, Frankonia, Lehman and others. Dragonfly is friction, w/wear to rubber wheels. Exc. Rest of toys have some scattered lt. wear in the form of tiny paint nicks/scratches and are VF-Exc. overall. Boxes for "Somersaulting Butterfly" and "Hungry Hal" have some scattered moisture staining and are Fine/VF while other box is Exc.
