Contents include stiff paper illustrated die-cut folder from Southwest Traders w/photo of Hoppy and Topper including text “Topper’s Magic Green Pasture”, illustrated instruction folder w/menu suggestions for "greens" usage, folded stiff paper “Wild West Ranch” sheet to cut out, pair of “growing” mats, “Topper’s Feed Bag-Bar20" w/planting seeds. Comes w/loose 1952 “Playthings” magazine page w/article on this product. Scattered general wear w/some creases and small edge tears to mailer and large folder, contents otherwise complete, unused and Fine/VF. One of the most unusual Hoppy items we’ve ever seen, designed for user to grow their own vita-cress (watercress) greens to eat. Rare, especially w/envelope.
