Issued for 1968 holiday season. 19.25x26” cardboard mailer has text “1-KFC Xmas Display Kit”. Contains cover letter to franchisee from President John Y. Brown, pair of folded as issued die-cut paper posters which open to 37.5” tall and matching die-cut cardboard standee. Posters and standee feature superb image of Col. Sanders in Santa suit standing next to striped pole w/Christmas theme chicken bucket on top. Cover letter is lightly tanned at bottom, posters have a few lt. creases. Set is otherwise unused and VF/ Exc. First we’ve seen. From the Bill Kurtz Collection.
