c. early 1900s. #202 made by Brunhoff Mfg. Co. Cincinnati. 6.5” tall overall cast iron w/nice relief image of Penn on top w/cutter just beneath. Base has ornate Victorian scroll work. Scattered lt. wear and aging. VG overall. Working. Great for use or display.
