The major one is the inclusion of an injury to the eye panel. This was something that potential comic censors always focused on. It also features a direct swipe from E. C. Comics. Lastly, the devious cover features a very physical and real torture scene. The title managed to last 4 years before is ceased publication. The pages are off-white to white. This unrestored book is CGC-certified 9.4 (NM). According to the CGC Census this is the highest graded issue they have seen.
