This item is 3.25" tall. The hanger consists of a sheet of cardboard in a tin frame with bar pin on reverse. Suspended is American flag fabric plus a streamer reading "President." On the flag is a real photo cardboard portrait. A small cord below goes through an actual chestnut which has been hand painted with gold accent dots and the campaign date of "1896." Tiny bit of wear over the "E" letter at the end of the "President" streamer. Overall condition is VF. Rare in this intact condition.
