Item Description
Johnny Thunder gets his due as the rest of the Justice Society looks on with a smile. (This is the best smile that the Spectre could rustle up). The cover is by E. E. Hibbard. He also contributes interior art along with Irwin Hasen, Sheldon Moldoff and Bernard Baily. The Flash gets his last solo chapter until issue #25. Hawkgirl inherits a fortune, which also carries over into the Hawkman stories. Inside the Spectre and Sandman stories, other JSAers are briefly seen. This is significant because they starting to move towards working together as team, instead of just having individual chapters. The pages this unrestored copy are off-white to white. The book is CGC-certified 9.4 (NM). According to the CGC Census, this is the second-highest graded copy they have seen. It is also recognized as belonging to the Rockford Pedigree.
