Item Description
7/8" unlisted in Hake. Reverse has standard W&H back paper with curl text "Copyrighted 1908 J.C. Pugh Des Moines, Iowa." Front text is graphic and names "Iowa Club" with center panel comprised of Taft's name with each letter elaborated upon to form the slogan "Tried And Found True." We've checked with several long time hobbyists and conclude this is quite a rarity if not the only known example in the hobby. Essentially Mint.
