Item Description
2-1/8" with W&H paper listed as Hake #3137 but that example does not include the ribbons. These are 3" with one reading "Delegate" and the other "Democratic State Conference Milwaukee, 1918." Lower left black background has tiny air dot and upper left has a couple of faint hairlines the worst of which is .5" long from the rim edge on a diagonal across his forehead. This scratch shows only in reflected light whereas the air dot does show from all angles. With these two exceptions the piece is in NM condition. Julie Powell Collection.
