Item numbers 1 through 1196 in auction 211
Item Description
Each of these is 1.25" all with matching star and stripe rim designs. Included is FDR with original ribbons and celluloid donkey hanger. Next are a pair of "Welcome" buttons for both the "V.F.W." and "American Legion." Next come 1948 opposing candidates with first reading "For President Thomas E. Dewey" and second reading "President Harry S. Truman." Next are buttons for Admiral Halsey and Admiral Nimitz. Each of these shows a little age but are the only ones in the group to have some aging. Next are buttons for General Wainwright and a particularly scarce button, and one of the few, to picture General Patton. Group is finished off with a pair of color varieties for "General Dwight D. Eisenhower." The second Ike does have a few pinpoint tan dots but showing little. Vast majority are NM to Mint.
