Item Description
Original generic white cardboard box contains 1-1/8x1-3/8" dia. gold luster metal case watch. Lafayette Watch Co. c. early 1970s. Watch has a second hand disc w/portraits of Frankenberry, Count Chocula and Boo Berry that spins as seconds tick. As this revolves, the bkg. around the image of a haunted mansion darkens to total black and then mansion re-appears as bkg. lightens. Has black suede straps. This watch was never put into production w/less than 10 known examples of this watch in existence. Mint and running. Great design. Rare. Previously offered examples have sold in excess of $1,000.
