Item Description
Quaker Cereal premium from 1939. Original mailing envelope w/Dick Tracy portrait return address has obscured typed recipient address and shows lt. scattered wear from mailing. Complete and Fine/VF. Large 7.5" long wooden pencil w/removable aluminum siren whistle cap at end. Pencil points at both ends, one w/blue lead, one w/red. Barrel of pencil inscribed "Official Dick Tracy Signal Code Pencil" in silver. Siren works. Unused and NM, as nice as they come. Rare w/envelope.
