Item Description
6x40" single-sided paper banner for store display in toy departments at Christmas. c. 1930s, possibly for Macy’s Toytown. Reads "Toytown - Toys And Gifts For Everyone" and features four different scenes, two connected by Christmas tree. Toy/presents shown include a jack-in-the-box and duck pull toy along w/William Donahey Teenie Weenies characters of Chinese man, clown, cowboy, general, policeman and old soldier (shown in all four panels). Vertical fold at center. Pinholes at corners. Two 1.5" tears along margins w/archival tape repair on reverse. Colors remain bright and banner displays Fine.
