6.5" tall by 9.75" wide by 26.75" long one-of-a-kind custom 1/6 scale model made w/great attention to detail. Hand-crafted in the glory days of garage kit making and custom figure creations, this Batmobile was created well before DC Comics started released their high end products/props catering to the collecting community. Wonderfully detailed, Batmobile's body is painted cast resin and styled like the 1966 "Batman" TV show Batmobile. This is achieved w/hand-laid pinstriping and custom clear plastic cockpit canopy pieces. Doors have accurate 1966 Batmobile decals and these are used (in smaller scale) for hubcaps, though they have warped a bit. Cockpit is realistically depicted w/sticker labels noting "Launchers, Bat Ram, Start Button, Detect-A-Scope, Bat Scan" and "Bat Radar." Additionally, cockpit has rhinestone accents to simulate buttons and there is a scale fire extinguisher between seats and Batman's trademark red Bat Phone on console. Batmobile shows some scattered wear, mainly to pinstriping and rear end wing tips. Actual metal piping used for three exhaust ports behind seats have slight crimping to tip of middle tube. Still displays VF. Unique and impressive.
