.75" probably issued c.1896 at the time of the release of his book The Jewish State. He is considered to be the father of modern political Zionism and formed the World Zionist Organization with the First Zionist Congress meeting in 1897. We've seen a 1904 memorial button for him but this definitely appears to be earlier. The celluloid is slightly flattened but the piece still displays NM with only a 1/32" tiny scratch mark along the top edge of his hair.
