7/8" litho by Greenduck. Full text reads "Helping To Build The National Negro Congress/Chicago Feb. 14, 1936." White areas have taken on a darker tone with pair of small 1/8" white lines on the far right of his hair and smaller pair of lines on his jacket. Piece still has nice gloss. Rare.
