Center has Popeye, Swee’pea, The Phantom, and Wimpy. Card holds 23 of 36 rings: nine different and 14 duplicates. Some are color varieties including four different Maggie. Others are: three Hans, one Fritz, two Mama, two Inspector, two Snuffy Smith, three Swee’pea, five Henry, one Jiggs. Card has some edge wear w/dust soil. Fine. Rings are VF/Exc. Scarce.
