Item Description
Each is 3.5" for the same event but with one reading "Fleet Review" and the other "Navy Yard." The red one has a .5" cello split on the reverse bottom with the celluloid making a small bump on the bottom edge. Surface has pinpoint raised bumps but remains totally clean. The white version has a few tiny raised bumps but again is totally clean. Also see Herbert Hoover "Fleet Week" item #314. Limited issue and only examples we have seen.
