Adjustable brass base has the character name on each side accented by a pair of lightning bolts. A silver luster plate on the ring top holds a large rectangular glow-in-the-dark plastic top which slides off. The interior compartment holds a miniature brass whistle. This has near full luster, often tarnished on most examples. The top of the plastic compartment has an inset reflective metal disc flanked by the words "Rescue Ring." The plastic area glows very nicely in the dark. An Exc. example with nearly full luster.
