Item Description
Lot of three 10x12" sheets of animation paper, each depicting full body image of Grumpy from the classic 1937 animated film "Snow White And The Seven Dwarfs." First sheet is marked "31A" and has image area measuring 3x5". Done primarily in lead pencil w/additional colored pencil accents, art depicts Grumpy walking off w/his nose in the air. Second sheet is marked "52A" at lower right and has image area measuring 4.25x4.75" and shows Grumpy from the back, tiptoeing. Image is done in lead pencil w/some colored pencil accents. Third sheet is marked "206" and has image area measuring 2.5x5.5". Done primarily in lead pencil, red colored pencil preliminary work is visible. Art depicts Grumpy laying down, squinting as he marks something w/a pencil. Sheets have lt. handling wear/aging but art areas remain Exc.
