11.75x14.75" frame contains original acetate sheet that has been professionally and attractively matted to 6.75x9" and has cel image area measuring 3.75x3-5/8" depicting full body image of Dinah the Dachshund from the 1946 animated Pluto cartoon "In Dutch." Production cel has been framed w/printed presentation bkg. Typed label on back of frame notes cel as "Cel #89" and has brief text concerning Dinah and the cartoon, noting she and Pluto help save the day by plugging a leaky dike. Frame has some scattered wear but cel displays Exc.
