17.75x21" frame contains original acetate sheet that has been matted to 10.25x14.25" and has cel image area measuring 8.5x11-3/8" depicting Mr. Snoops (voiced by Joe Flynn) and Penny (voiced by Michelle Stacy) from waist up, Mr. Snoop grabbing Penny's arm and pointing. From the 1977 animated feature film. Production cel has been framed w/original painted production bkg. Slight warp to acetate sheet but o/w NM.
