Item Description
Sizes are 5/8" to 2.5". The 2.5" button top center is a Jr. High School graduation button. The other seem to relate more to sports teams, class officers and a wide variety of school inspired subjects. Two buttons with a baseball theme are the 1.75" for "Gratz 1938" as well as "Gratz 1939." Both of these carry a seldom seen back paper by Camden, N.J. maker Harold Wolff. There is one "Temple University/Frosh" button. One with rim spots for "Olney Trojans." Three name "William Penn High School" with the additional text of "Representative," "Special," and "Corridor Guard." In addition to those mentioned previously those with some age include row three "Central" and row six number five plus row seven number six. These all came from one Philadelphia area button group.
