Item Description
First is 1.25" brass medal issued by Pepsodent Toothpaste in 1934. Front has his name and portrait. Reverse has leopard head with inscription below "Tidak Hilang Berani." This piece was offered as a premium replica of the Hindu hunter's charm carried by Ali, Frank Buck's Number 1 Boy. Much luster and Exc. Quite scarce. Second also a 1.25" brass medal was issued at the Expo. One side has his name and portrait while other side shows leopard with text "Frank Buck's Jungleland/New York World's Fair." The unusual thing about this one is that most have a rim hole to serve as a key chain fob. This one has no hole and NM luster. Last is the basic beautifully designed 13/16" brass pin-back button also issued in 1934 by Pepsodent and showing black leopard with text "Frank Buck's/Member/Adventurers Club." Very trivial loss of luster from the outer rim but NM and better than the vast majority. A nice group.
