Tenth page has been signed in black felt tip pen by Ringo, who has signed his legal name Richard Starkey as "R. Starkey" and this page of contract has "Down And Out" song title (this did not appear on the final album, but was included on a 1991 re-issue). Other pages have various studio notations and signatures, but Ringo has only signed once as noted. Contract has some lt. aging and scattered handling wear w/staple holes at top margin. Fine/VF.
