Item Description
Pair of posters, each featuring image of pop artist Andy Warhol. First measures 26.75x32.75" and features Warhols' 1967 "Self-Portrait." This poster was for the "Andy Warhol: A Retrospective" exhibit that took place at The Art Institute of Chicago June 3 to Aug. 13, 1989. Left and right margins shows moderate handling wear w/scattered creasing but if matted and framed, poster would display VF. Second poster measures 19.5x39" and features large bw photo image of Warhol. Poster was created for the "Inaugural Celebration" that took place at The Andy Warhol Museum in Pittsburgh, PA. May 13-15, 1994. Poster has some scattered margin wear but could be framed for a Exc. display. From the Mark Arminski Archives and comes with a COA specially designed, signed and remarqued by him.
