Item Description
21x32" poster mounted to foamboard for the 1980 release of the 1979 Ridley Scott film on VHS and Betamax tape by MVC (Magnetic Video Corporation), a Twentieth Century-Fox Company and one of the first companies to license and release movies for home viewing. Poster features stunning art by R.M. Laslo of the film's titular Xenomorph alien clutching a home video tape (which is essentially the movie's poster) in its claws w/"Alien" movie title at top. poster has been hand-numbered in black marker at lower left "9,329/10,000." Corner tip wear and some scattered color rubs to poster surface. If framed, would display VF.
