Item Description
12-1/8x12.5" artboard has original mixed media art depicting the main box lid art for Lindberg model kit No. 277. 1965. Art is signed by Ray Gaedke, who provided box art for numerous model kit boxes, see previous item #1600. Art depicts bug-eyed freak in a ramshackle cart that consists of what appears to be a wheelbarrow that Big Wheeler sits in, covered in dried cement. An anchor trails behind. Tape staining and staple holes at margins do not affect art, which is covered by taped down acetate overlay. Art displays Exc. and would look stunning framed.
