Item Description
7.25" tall by 9" diameter including the handle. Considered by collectors as an outstandingly beautiful example of political china from this era. Top front reads "Garfield/Born 1831/President 1881" indicating produced for his inaugural. Not a memorial item. NM with just four hairline scratches of color off the left side of his head. These small marks range from 1/8" to .5" and the rest of the pitcher is Essentially Mint. Prices typically in the $1,000-1,500.00 range for examples this nice. Julie Powell Collection.
