Item Description
Original 8-1/8x10-1/8" bw publicity photo shows Clayton Moore as The Lone Ranger receiving a silver horseshoe for his horse Silver. Presenting him the horseshoe is Hollywood silversmith Allen Adler. The shoes were presented in recognition of the 25th Anniversary of "The Lone Ranger" being on the air. Moore has signed photo in black felt tip pen, adding "A Shoe For Silver From 'The Lone Ranger'" and "25th 1957" date. Photo has been laminated on 12x18" sheet of paper w/typed caption sheet below. Photo has aged slightly. Sheet has moderate aging but ready for framing/display as laminated. VF overall. A wonderful vintage signed piece w/a unique inscription. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COA.
