Fraser was an assistant to Saint-Gaudens, designed the 1913 buffalo nickel and is most famous for his "End Of The Trail" sculpture. His name "Fraser" and copyright of "19©20" appear at upper right corner of his heavy cast metal piece which has original wire hanger on reverse. The piece is 10x12.75 by nearly .5" thick at the border which surrounds higher relief profile portrait of T.R. Below is his quotation that dates from his years as NYC police commissioner: "Aggressive Fighting For The Right Is The Noblest Sport The World Affords."
