Includes larger sheet w/Mickey smiling at Jiminy Cricket w/additional small head of Mickey above, small sheet w/full figure Jiminy, and small sheet w/Timothy Mouse. Remaining sheets are mostly of Tom's wife Bonnie, though some have images of Tom and some are studies or caricatures of various unnamed people. Tom Oreb (1913-1987) animated at Disney from 1937 to 1961, notably in Ward Kimball’s unit. Credits include “Pinocchio, Sleeping Beauty, Toot, Whistle, Plunk and Boom, 101 Dalmatians”. He did the art for the “Once Upon A Wintertime” Golden Book (based on a segment from “Melody Time”) and went on to do early animated TV commercials, worked w/Tex Avery on “Symphony In Slang”, UPA, and the “Dick Tracy Show” in 1961. An instant archive of original art by a prominent Disney Studio staff member.
